Refund policy
We have a 14-DAY RETURN STORE CREDIT POLICY, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. After receiving your item you have to request a return and if approved you will receive a store credit gift card.
For your request to be approved your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note: The following collections are NOT eligible for returns:
- Final Sale Items
- Cosmetics
- Ebooks
- Gift Cards
- Accessories
- Limited Edition Releases
- Pre-Order Items (unless defective)

To start a return, you have to contact us at sales@gluxee.com. Please note that returns need to be sent to the following address: 12-45 River Road, Suite 151, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, accessories, cosmetics and Ebooks.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive an email with a return gift card store credit within 5-7 business days. If more than 5-7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@gluxee.com.
